Last Updated: January 1, 2025
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering, attending, or engaging with any SYNERGY NEXUS event, platform, or service. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

1. Definitions

"SYNERGY NEXUS" refers to the global business platform and event series operated under the SYNERGY NEXUS brand, including its organising entities, partners, and affiliates.

"Participant" refers to any individual, business, or organisation that registers for, attends, or engages with any SYNERGY NEXUS event, programme, or digital platform.

"Event" refers to any summit, exhibition, networking session, delegation programme, or related activity organised or co-organised by SYNERGY NEXUS.

"Platform" refers to the SYNERGY NEXUS website, digital tools, and any digital infrastructure provided in connection with its services.

2. Registration and Participation

All registrations are subject to review and acceptance by SYNERGY NEXUS. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee participation. SYNERGY NEXUS reserves the right to accept or decline any application without providing a reason.

Participants must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Any misrepresentation may result in cancellation of participation without refund.

SYNERGY NEXUS may limit the number of participants in any event or programme at its sole discretion.

3. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Where participation fees apply, they will be clearly communicated prior to registration. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed in full prior to confirmed participation unless a specific payment plan has been agreed in writing with SYNERGY NEXUS.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date: full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made 15–30 days before the event date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the event date: no refund.
  • Substitutions (replacing a registered participant with another person from the same organisation) may be accepted subject to prior written approval.

SYNERGY NEXUS reserves the right to modify event fees and will notify registered participants of any changes in advance.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations

SYNERGY NEXUS reserves the right to change event dates, venues, formats, speakers, or programme content at any time. In the event of a postponement or format change, registered participants will be notified and offered the option to transfer their registration or receive a credit.

In the event of a full cancellation of an event by SYNERGY NEXUS, registered participants will receive a full refund of fees paid. SYNERGY NEXUS shall not be liable for any consequential losses (including travel, accommodation, or other costs) incurred by participants.

SYNERGY NEXUS shall not be liable for any event cancellation or modification caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, government restrictions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.

5. Conduct and Behaviour

All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during SYNERGY NEXUS events and interactions. SYNERGY NEXUS operates a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour of any kind
  • Misrepresentation of identity, company affiliation, or business purpose
  • Unauthorised recording, photography, or distribution of event content
  • Solicitation or promotional activities not authorised by SYNERGY NEXUS
  • Any activity that disrupts the event or causes distress to other participants

SYNERGY NEXUS reserves the right to remove any participant from an event without refund if these standards are violated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content produced by or for SYNERGY NEXUS — including but not limited to presentations, event materials, branding, website content, and digital assets — is the intellectual property of SYNERGY NEXUS or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any such content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Participants grant SYNERGY NEXUS a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their name, company name, and any content they submit (including testimonials, case study contributions, or presentation materials) for marketing and promotional purposes, unless a written objection is submitted prior to the event.

7. Photography, Video, and Media

Events may be photographed and/or filmed for promotional, archival, and media purposes. By attending, participants consent to being included in such recordings. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform SYNERGY NEXUS staff at registration.

Participants may not record or photograph speakers, sessions, or other participants without prior written consent from SYNERGY NEXUS and the individuals concerned.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

SYNERGY NEXUS collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering or engaging with SYNERGY NEXUS, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with co-organisers, venue partners, and sponsors only to the extent necessary to facilitate your participation, and only where appropriate data processing agreements are in place.

9. Confidentiality

Some SYNERGY NEXUS events involve the sharing of commercially sensitive or confidential business information. Participants must treat any such information disclosed in sessions, meetings, or networking activities as confidential and must not disclose it to third parties without the consent of the disclosing party.

This obligation survives the conclusion of the event and remains in force for a period of two years from the date of disclosure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SYNERGY NEXUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in any event or use of the platform, including loss of business opportunities, loss of data, or reputational harm.

SYNERGY NEXUS does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy of information provided by speakers, exhibitors, or other participants. Participants engage with one another at their own risk and are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to SYNERGY NEXUS services shall not exceed the amount paid by the relevant participant in connection with the specific event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless SYNERGY NEXUS, its directors, employees, partners, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your breach of these Terms & Conditions
  • Your misrepresentation of identity or business purpose
  • Any content or materials you submit or present at SYNERGY NEXUS events
  • Any unlawful activity you engage in in connection with SYNERGY NEXUS

12. Third-Party Services and Sponsors

SYNERGY NEXUS events may include sponsors, exhibitors, and partner organisations. Their participation does not constitute an endorsement of their products or services by SYNERGY NEXUS. Any dealings between participants and third parties are solely between those parties, and SYNERGY NEXUS accepts no responsibility for the outcome of such interactions.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the relevant SYNERGY NEXUS entity is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of the governing jurisdiction, as agreed in writing between the parties.

14. Amendments

SYNERGY NEXUS reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of material changes via email or through the SYNERGY NEXUS website. Continued participation after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
