SYNERGY NEXUS ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we may collect when you use synergynexus.com or related registration forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We may collect information you submit voluntarily - such as name, organisation, email, and role - when you register for events, request information, or contact us. We also receive standard technical data from your browser (for example IP address, device type, and pages visited) to secure and improve our services.

We use this information to operate the platform, process registrations, communicate about events and opportunities you have asked about, comply with law, and analyse aggregate traffic patterns. We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who assist with hosting, email delivery, or event logistics, under strict confidentiality.

Where required, we rely on your consent or legitimate interests to process data. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or object to certain processing, by emailing info@thesynergynexus.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. International transfers may occur where partners or events are based outside your country; we apply appropriate safeguards.

This policy may be updated periodically; the latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Other Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, paying, or participating in any Synergy Nexus event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with registration. These terms apply to all participants, including attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, partners, and service providers.

2. Registration and Participation Rights
All registrations are subject to approval. Organizers can accept, reject, or cancel participation at any time. No reason is required for rejection. False or incomplete information leads to cancellation without refund.

3. Fees and Payment Policy
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refund for participant cancellation, no-show, visa rejection, travel or personal issues.

If the event is canceled due to Force Majeure: 60% of the participation fee will be refunded, or the full amount will be adjusted to a future SYNERGY NEXUS event anywhere globally. The decision remains solely with the organizers.

4. Visa and Travel Responsibility
The organizers have no role in visa processing or approvals. Invitation letters, if issued, do not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are controlled by embassies and authorities. No refund or claim applies for visa rejection, delays, or incorrect documentation. You are fully responsible for visa, travel, immigration compliance, insurance, and all other compliances.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organizers are not liable for loss, theft, damage, injury, accidents, travel disruptions, business losses, missed opportunities, or any indirect/consequential damages. Total liability, if any, is limited to the participation fee paid.

6. Third-Party Services
Accommodation, catering, transport, and venue services are provided by third parties. These providers are fully responsible for their services. Organizers act only as facilitators. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the service provider.

7. Insurance
No insurance is included in the participation fee. You must arrange your own travel insurance, health insurance, and equipment coverage. Participation is at your own risk.

8. Code of Conduct
You must maintain professional behavior at all times. Strictly prohibited: harassment or misconduct, misrepresentation, unauthorized selling or promotion, and suitcasing/outboarding. Violation can result in immediate removal without refund.

9. Exhibitor and Sponsor Responsibility
You are fully responsible for your products, claims, and compliance, including applicable EU regulations. Organizers do not guarantee leads, business deals, or revenue outcomes. All business engagement is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property
All event content belongs to the organizers. You cannot record or distribute content without permission. You grant organizers the right to use your name, company name, photos, and videos for marketing and promotional use.

11. Data Protection and Privacy
Your data will be collected for event operations and may be used for future Synergy Nexus events and communication. Data is managed by third-party hosting providers following industry standards. The hosting provider is solely responsible for data security, breaches, and data loss/tampering. Organizers are not liable for data-related incidents. Data handling aligns with applicable EU laws including GDPR.

12. Confidentiality
You may receive confidential business information during the event. You must not disclose or misuse it. This obligation continues for 2 years after the event.

13. Event Changes
Organizers can change venue, city, or country; modify agenda, speakers, or format; and reschedule or cancel the event. No compensation applies for such changes.

14. Force Majeure
Organizers are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, political situations, or health emergencies.

15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the organizers against any claims or losses arising from breach of these terms, misconduct, business dealings, or legal violations.

16. No Guarantees
The event is a business platform. No guarantee is provided for revenue, partnerships, or business success.

17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. For EU participants, mandatory local legal protections will apply where required. Commercial participation remains governed by the above jurisdiction.

18. Final Agreement
These terms override all prior communication. No verbal commitments are valid. Continued participation means full acceptance.
